Resolve checks an agent's case file against a written SOP. Z3 checks the SOP itself; the core decides whether a case's outcome follows from its facts and lists the facts still missing. The main example SOP is Know Your Business (KYB): the checks a company runs on a business customer before taking it on, such as who ultimately owns and controls it. Pick a step to see the system as it was then, and click a box for what it does and where it lives.
